It’s just they way they have decided to handle it. So this is the way Microsoft deal with the inconvenience of personal versus company account. I wonder how many AppleID accounts have been created by companies with a random date of birth and security questions about which city that company’s parents met, or what that company’s nickname was in school. They ONLY have personal accounts for Apple IDs which is extremely frustrating when a company buys an iPhone and still wants to own it after it’s issued to a staff member. I’ve found myself on the other side of this argument with Apple.
